Just had another update to the app to вЂfix a few bugs, tweaks and service improvementsвЂ™ unfortunately the fault I reported over 2 months ago whereby you cannot download statements has still not been fixed, utterly useless, glad IвЂ™ve now moved my money to a bank that does work. My new bank account is almost ready now and will be moving banks soon, months have gone by and I still canвЂ™t save statements online. Update, since initial review some weeks ago the statement problem still isnвЂ™t fixed, my new account with another bank is up and running so after 40 years IвЂ™m moving every penny, itвЂ™s kinda sad nobody from Clydesdale reads these reviewers obviously they donвЂ™t care enough. I contacted bank over a week ago and still not fixed, IвЂ™m so fed up of issues IвЂ™m currently looking for a new bank after being with Clydesdale for over 40 years. Since recent online and mobile upgrade the option to download a statement have not worked, there is no option to save the file. Email and SMS - Remember, we will never ask you for your security information via SMS or email. ItвЂ™s a good idea to download one from a reputable brand.
